Strength- 5 5 5 5 5 front squat

WOD- 4 rounds
5 renegade rows
20 situps
20 jumping lunge
Then
1 rope climb

Front squats were solid today! I’m impressed everyday by form and new PRs! Even a few people getting up the rope for the first, others setting goals to conquer the rope in 2012.
