PRs for days at Sasquatch CrossFit! I can’t explain how pumped I was today. I think almost everyone turned their 1 rep max into their 3 rep max or higher! We did a good amount of form work and always learning but it gets me stoked to see good form and a big weight. Props today go to everyone cause of all the PRs(personal record). Even those new to Sasquatch and maybe newer to dealift, did way more than they thought they could. Plus a lot more double unders showing up in WODs. Keep it up Sasquatchians.
